Meet The Team

The Casco Inn administrative team prides itself on decades of building great friendships with residents and their families. Our team spends time with each resident to ensure they receive the correct amount of assistance with personal care and any other needs.

Laura Abbott

Administrator
Laura has been working with the staff at the Casco Inn for over 10 years in various capacities- first as a home health nurse visiting with residents, and later as the nurse consultant working closely with the administration team. She carries forward the philosophy adopted by her predecessors of keeping the homelike atmosphere that our residents benefit from. Laura brings her compassion and high standards to this position, and she supports the residents and staff with her approachable personality and her enthusiasm.

Cynthia Soucy

Staff Coordinator & HR
Cindy Soucy joined the administrative team in March of 2005, carrying with her over 16 years of experience working with adults with developmental disabilities in assisted living settings. Cindy's strong leadership abilities, organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail keeps our facility running smoothly and efficiently each day.

Laura Berry

Resident Coordinator
Laura has recently fulfilled the Resident Coordinator position after working with our resident population for over six years. Laura obtains the natural ability to extend kindness and compassion to each of our residents. Each day Laura works tirelessly to efficiently guide and monitor the physical and emotional health of our community.

Sara Lawler

 Resident Coordinator
Sara has been a faithful team member here at The Casco Inn since 2016 performing duties as a CRMA/CNA. For as long as she can remember, Sara had the desire to work in the nursing field. Sara has always had the natural ability to care for others, even assisting with the care of her grandmother as a young girl. That desire to become a nurse continued to nag her and while raising a young family she tucked nursing classes in as she could find the time. Sara's attention to detail and compassion for our elderly population prepared her to easily transition to her current position as our Resident Coordinator.

Donna Norton

Activities Director
Donna has been a part of The Casco Inn Family since 2008 with a ‘furry friend’ in tow. Donna and Cooper carefully plan our activity agenda that aims to be resident focused. Donna loves the personal interaction with the residents that her position affords. Nothing makes us happier than seeing her trusty sidekick Cooper wandering the halls. Cooper is a Goldendoodle that will have completed The Alliance Therapy Dog Program by his first birthday.
